PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION All Cherokee Ridge property owners are members of the Cherokee Ridge Property Owners Association. Association dues are $595 per year and provide for the sewer system, roads, garbage pickup, landscaping, signage, community lighting, etc. There is also a Cherokee Ridge Club Assessment of $100 per month for all property owners which provides access to the Cherokee Ridge Clubhouse, pool, fitness facility, and the tennis/pickleball courts. Creekwood Court Condominium owners are also members of the Creekwood Court Condominium Association and pay an additional $1,800 in dues annually for building insurance, accountant services, pest control, condo sewer equipment maintenance, outside utilities, grounds keeping, external building repairs and maintenance, and capital reserve.
